Project background: Sri Lanka is located in the Indian Ocean, in the tropics, with a unique geographical environment, humid climate, and mountains. In recent years, the country's infrastructure construction and road safety needs have been growing day by day. To this end, Da Chu Group undertook the installation and construction project of a section of road safety guardrail in the country.
Project scale: Based on Sri Lanka’s geographical environment and road conditions, this project is expected to install a total of 100 kilometers of road safety guardrails. Among them, the length of urban road guardrails accounts for 60%, and the length of rural road guardrails accounts for 40%.
Product requirement:
1. Materials: Since Sri Lanka is located in the tropics and has a humid climate, materials that are corrosion-resistant, anti-aging, sun-proof, and moisture-proof are selected, such as hot-dip galvanized steel, polymer composite materials, etc.
2. Design: Based on the terrain and road characteristics of Sri Lanka, a design that is highly adaptable, easy to install, and beautiful is adopted. At the same time, local cultural characteristics were fully considered and Sri Lankan elements were integrated into the guardrail design.
3. Safety: The guardrails of this project need to meet Sri Lankan road safety standards and have good impact resistance, protective performance and stability.
4. Durability: The use of high-quality materials and exquisite craftsmanship ensures that the guardrail maintains good performance and appearance throughout its service life.
5. Environmental protection: During the production, installation and post-maintenance processes, pay attention to environmental protection and reduce the impact on the environment.
6. After-sales service: Provide comprehensive after-sales service, including product installation, repair, replacement, etc., to ensure that the guardrail is always in good condition during use.
